Production and Fulfillment Coordinator

JPC Partners is looking for a Production and Fulfillment Coordinator that will join a results-oriented and fast paced Marketing team with responsibilities ranging across multiple aspects of the business. The Production and Fulfillment Coordinator will provide project support to marketing initiatives including (but not limited to) printed collateral, gathering specs for artwork design, sourcing premium and apparel items, vendor relationships, deadline & payment tracking, shipping logistics, and more. This position will be an integral part of the marketing team to reach targets from brand awareness and product promotion to lead generation and analysis.
Essential Functions     
  • Manages all aspects of production with vendors on behalf of the business lines, and reviews, schedules, monitors and manages the day-to-day workflow of production-related projects with the Marketing team.
  • Research industry trends and identifies and source premium items that are unique, innovative and technology-focused while aligning with our brand guidelines and being cost-effective.
  • Maintains relationships with existing suppliers and identifies prospective suppliers, to ensure quality of output, on-time delivery breadth of options, and fairness in competitive pricing.
  • Develops production strategies which are both beneficial and economical for the business lines, working with internal stakeholders and agencies to derive cost efficiencies for print projects and/or campaigns.
  • Works with the creative team during conceptual stages of creative development, to ensure viability of concepts and maximization of production quality.
  • Ensures quality control and prepares organized electronic files, according to production specification.
Education/Experience Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (BA, BFA, or BS)
  • Three years production and fulfillment experience in various mediums, either in-house communications/marketing department or print supplier.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite systems preferred
  • General understanding of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to inspect and ensure images quality for pre-press.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully sourcing premium items and apparel from reputable suppliers/vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate shipping logistics for events.
  • Understanding of a creative workflow process, including schedule management in an in-house marketing environment.
  • Strong production knowledge, including pre-press and pre-flight fundamentals
  • Excellent organizational, project management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on various schedules at the same time
  • Proficient in color management and use in various output devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Team oriented, self-starter who is open minded to feedback/suggestions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Exhibit perseverance with a positive attitude and determination in the face of resistance or setbacks.
