JPC Partners is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong Salesforce experience that will focus on executing projects which deliver process improvements, optimizing systems, and achieving operational efficiencies across the organization. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of a Quote-to-Order (Q2O) transformation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and system integration requirements. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, resource management, risk mitigation, budgets and managing cross-functional teams using Agile or hybrid methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders including senior business leaders, Sales, Finance, IT, operations and vendors to ensure successful deployment of Q2O capabilities, including quoting tools, pricing engines, and order management integration. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience in process transformation, and a track record of delivering technology-enabled projects that drive measurable business value. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Lead Project Delivery
Plan, execute, and oversee the successful delivery of the Quote-to-Order (Q2O) project from initiation to closure.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partner Management
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment of requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
Manage third-party relationships involved in software implementation or systems integration.
Monitor delivery against SLAs, contracts, and agreed-upon milestones.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Escalate critical concerns and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Reporting & Governance
Track and report on project performance, status, budget, and KPIs to senior leadership and project sponsors.
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.
Competencies Knowledge:
Experience with Salesforce sales cloud, particularly around the functionality of Opportunity, Opportunity Products, Pricebooks & Quotes management; in Lightning environment.
Experience having managed Salesforce-ERP integration projects that involves managing multiple vendors offshore/onshore
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budgets using Agile or hybrid methodologies
Coordinate solution design and delivery across Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and ERP systems
Skills / Abilities:
10+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 6 years delivering Salesforce projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across executive, technical and non-technical audiences
