Oracle DBA
Philadelphia, PAJPC Partners is looking for a DBA (Oracle / MS SQL) that will focus on database administration and engineering in a Linux, VMware and Windows server environments.

- Day to day administration and maintenance of ORACLE databases 12c and 19
- Monitoring and support of the ORACLE database infrastructure to ensure optimum performance, stability and security
- Supporting continuous integration code releases at the database layer in all environments
- Improving database support/administration services via scripting, automation and other appropriate tooling for the enterprise
- Suggest improvements to current services and life cycle
- Work with Developers, IT Operations and business that use database environment
- Participate in Agile SCRUM meetings
- 3-5 years' experience administering ORACLE / MS SQL databases
- Experience with monitoring ORACLE instances
- Understanding of ORACLE and database concepts and architecture
- Experience tuning queries and the overall database for performance
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Experience with containers and ORACLE’s pluggable database infrastructure
- Experience Oracle running on Linux, VMware and Windows servers
- Excellent communication / customer service skills
