The Channel Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for driving the strategy, planning and execution of sales and account management activities amongst our clients re-sellers of digital signage within the US Re-seller sales group. This person will succeed by building deep customer relationships and driving sales, marketing, training, account management, and technical services. The CAM will own a region of Scala re-sellers and operate in an entrepreneurial manner to manage and grow their assigned territory. This individual’s responsibility will be demonstrating the client software in a self-sufficient manner, fostering long term relationships by understanding each re seller's unique needs, and being a strong advocate of our client to drive new business. Principal Accountabilities:
Own and drive business relationships with clients resellers
Establish a clear strategy and execution plan for the assigned territory and targets
Manage a complex sales process capturing critical information in CRM system
Deliver against productivity, revenue, renewal, and customer satisfaction metrics
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to ensure visibility of short and long term opportunities
Stay in tune with regional and industry trends globally, with a special focus on North America.
Perform other duties as requested
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
4-year accredited degree required
Minimum 2 years of Channel Sales experience
Proficiency in technology / solution sales within large enterprise accounts
Proficiency with applications such as Salesforce or NetSuite
Proven solution selling skills and ability to manage strategic sales cycles
Demonstrated relationship and account management skills
Strong background in enterprise solution software
Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
