ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

West Conshohocken, PA

JPC Partners is looking for a Process Lead that will deliver a ServiceNow Foundational Transformation spanning Platform Foundations, CMDB integrations, CSDM model, Employee Center Portal and Catalog, ITSM (incident, Change and Request), ITAM lite (end user decide lifecycle) and Training & Communications. This role owns the process redesign organizational change leadership, platform governance guidance and overall program success, working closely with the Program manager to manage schedule, capacity consumption and deliverables. 
Key Responsibilities
Process Redesign 
  • Lead all project workstreams.
  • Plan and facilitate process redesign workshops to gain agreement on go-forward process and ServiceNow configuration requirements 
  • Leverage ServiceNow IP (Now Create), BVP IP and AI to streamline the client decision making process 
  • Write stories to support development to the agreed decisions 
Risk, Issue & Change Control
  • Own identification of RAAID log worthy items - risks, actions, assumptions and decisions, issues, partnering with the program manager to be sure RAAID is up to date and managed
  • Escalate any blockers to the program governance group 
Project Reporting & Governance Cadence
  • Support the production of weekly or biweekly status reports for BVP leadership and client stakeholders covering progress, risks, and next steps.
Cross-Workstream Coordination
  • Coordinate dependencies across Platform Foundations, CMDB integrations, CSDM, Employee Center Portal and Catalog, ITSM, ITAM and Training & Communications.
  • Ensure a consistent governance standard and methodology are applied across workstreams regardless of technical lead.
Qualifications
  • Experience running PM process and governance on ServiceNow
  • Excellent process facilitation skills 
  • Clear written and verbal communicator who can manage senior stakeholders and a wide stakeholder group experience extensive organizational change 
  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM preferred or other relevant ServiceNow certifications
