JPC Partners is looking for a Director, HR Technology Business Partner that will be the dedicated technology leader for the HR / People function. Sitting within Global Technology and embedded with HR, this role owns the strategy, administration, and continuous advancement of HR's technology landscape. The remit spans the core HRIS (HiBob), the employee experience and internal communications platform (built on Staffbase), and the wider portfolio of tools the People function relies on. This is both a hands-on platform-ownership role and a strategic partnership role: translating HR's business goals into technical roadmaps, raising the function's digital maturity, and ensuring HR systems are secure, integrated, well-governed, and continuously improving. Key Responsibilities Strategic partnership
Act as the primary technology partner to HR / People leadership, aligning the HR technology roadmap with People strategy and business priorities.
Translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions, build cases for change, and prioritize a portfolio of enhancements and projects.
Advance HR's technical capabilities and digital maturity – identifying opportunities for automation, AI, analytics, and self-service.
HiBob administration & ownership
Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of HiBob – workflows, fields, permissions, document flows, time-off, performance, and reporting.
Manage releases, new-feature adoption, data integrity, and HiBob's integration with payroll, identity, finance, and other downstream systems.
Serve as the escalation point for complex HiBob issues and the design authority for changes.
Staffbase ownership
Take full ownership of the employee experience platform on Staffbase – content architecture, configuration, governance, user management, and platform administration.
Partner with Internal Communications to deliver targeted employee journeys, campaigns, and a high-quality digital employee experience.
Manage the Staffbase relationship, roadmap, integrations, and analytics on adoption and engagement.
Governance, data & security
Ensure HR systems meet data privacy, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR and other applicable regulations) in partnership with Information Security and Legal.
Establish governance, access controls, and audit practices across the HR technology estate.
Drive accurate, trusted people data and reporting / analytics that support decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Significant experience (8+ years) in HR technology / HRIS, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise HR platforms.
Hands-on administration and configuration expertise with HiBob (or a comparable modern HRIS such as Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Dayforce, ADP, Gusto, Personio, Rippling, Paylocity, Leapsome, etc., with the ability to own HiBob).
