Business Analyst / Project Manager / Implementation Consultant II

JPC Partners is looking for an Implementation Consultant II that will manage advanced requirement gathering and validation, oversee the entire implementation process, and guide the implementation team. This role takes a strategic approach to ensure solutions meet customer objectives and drives continuous improvement. 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex requirement gathering and documentation processes.
  • Facilitate detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage implementation projects, guiding project managers, solution design engineers, and testers.
  • Lead medium to complex projects and provide guidance to Level 1 consultants.
  • Collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration.
  • Create and assist with test plans as needed.
  • Act as subject matter expert on how to properly Interpret and Implement a client's scope.
  • Drive process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback.
Skills / Abilities / Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution consulting.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Extensive experience with SaaS products or similar technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
