Business Analyst / Project Manager / Implementation Consultant III

JPC Partners is looking for an Implementation / Business Analyst manages advanced requirement gathering and validation, oversees the entire implementation process, and guides the implementation team. This role takes a strategic approach to ensure solutions meet customer objectives and drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex requirement gathering and documentation processes.
  • Facilitate detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage implementation projects, guiding project managers, solution design engineers, and testers.
  • Coordinate and drive efficiencies around resource allocation In the Implementation Consulting team.
  • Act as an Internal best practice and subject matter expert for healthcare engagement and software configuration professional.
  • Lead the most complex projects and provide guidance to all Implementation Consultants.
  • Collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration.
  • Create and assist with test plans as needed.
  • Drive process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback.
Skills / Abilities / Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or project management roles
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex, high-impact implementation projects and engaging with high-value clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, high-impact projects.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in client management and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred).
