Business Analyst / Project Manager / Implementation Consultant III
Remote, VirtualJPC Partners is looking for an Implementation Consultant Implementation Consultant III manages advanced requirement gathering and validation, oversees the entire implementation process, and guides the implementation team. This role takes a strategic approach to ensure solutions meet customer objectives and drives continuous improvement.

- Lead complex requirement gathering and documentation processes.
- Facilitate detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage implementation projects, guiding project managers, solution design engineers, and testers.
- Coordinate and drive efficiencies around resource allocation In the Implementation Consulting team.
- Act as an Internal best practice and subject matter expert for healthcare engagement and software configuration professional.
- Lead the most complex projects and provide guidance to all Implementation Consultants.
- Collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration.
- Create and assist with test plans as needed.
- Drive process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or project management roles
- Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes.
- Extensive experience in managing complex, high-impact implementation projects and engaging with high-value clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, high-impact projects.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in client management and driving strategic outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred).
