JPC is looking for an ERP Project Manager that will lead the end-to-end delivery of a JD Edwards upgrade and optimization program. This role will partner with implementation vendors while retaining full ownership of outcomes on behalf of the business, ensuring the program aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable operational improvements. The ERP Project Manager will focus on the full program lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency management. Working within a hybrid delivery environment, the role coordinates cross-functional teams and maintains strong governance, clear decision-making, and disciplined execution throughout the program. You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, and external partners to translate business priorities into clear, executable delivery plans. Key Objectives
Deliver the JD Edwards ERP upgrade on time, within budget, and to agreed scope
Provide disciplined project management across resources, schedule, cost, and risk
Maintain strong governance, reporting, and financial control throughout the program
Ensure alignment between business priorities, vendor delivery, and internal capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across executive, technical and non-technical audiences
Domain experience in manufacturing, finance, supply chain (highly regarded)
Proficient in project tools such as Jira, MS Project, etc
High level of organizational and time management skills
Adaptable, proactive, and outcome-focused mindset
Demonstrated experience managing incremental delivery of capabilities across multiple phases while balancing program-level priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Agile certification (e.g. PMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or AgilePM) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
