JPC Partners is looking for an Epicor Eclipse Development Manager that will:
Lead the evolution of the Epicor Eclipse ERP platform through strategy, customization, and integration.
Manage developers and EDI specialists, setting best practices, coding standards, and workflows.
Oversee the technical roadmap for Eclipse, including Solar and eTerm interfaces across multiple instances.
Partner with leaders in IT, operations, finance, and sales to align ERP capabilities with business goals and manage communication between business and development.
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, reports, and enhancements.
Implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs, EDI, and middleware (e.g., Boomi).
Use Eclipse Extensibility Framework for event-driven development, code injection, and no-code UD screens.
Evaluate upgrades and system modifications to maintain alignment with core functionality.
Troubleshoot performance issues and maintain data integrity and system reliability.
Lead cross-functional rollouts, upgrades, and reconfigurations, ensuring enterprise architecture alignment.
Coordinate testing, validation, training, and documentation for new features.
Manage multiple projects, define scope, timelines, deliverables, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
Complete required compliance training and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
5+ years with Epicor Eclipse (Solar, eTerm, Eclipse Basic or UniBasic).
1+ year in a leadership role.
Understand ERP architecture, schema structures, and system integrations.
Have experience with EDI, REST APIs, middleware, database platforms (relational and non-relational), and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Be experienced with Agile and project management tools.
Show attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excel in collaboration, relationship-building, and aligning technology with business goals.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
