Implementation Manager / Project Manager
Gloucester City, NJJPC Partners is looking for an Implementation Manager that will lead the end-to-end deployment of a complex system in a Logistics company. This role ensures successful planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support of the solutions, aligning with operational goals and IT standards. The manager acts as a bridge between vendors, internal stakeholders, and operational teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-ready systems.

- Lead implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, engineering, and vendors
- Create and maintain documents describing the terminal process before and after the implementation
- Implement key performance indicators
- Oversee system setup, customization, and integration with ERP and other technologies
- Ensure data migration, interface development, and system testing are executed effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and status updates
- Develop training materials and lead user training sessions
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new system
- Manage go-live activities including cutover planning, issue resolution, and performance monitoring
- Provide ongoing support and optimization post-implementation
- 5+ years of experience in systems implementation
- Experience implementing complex systems in the Logistics or Supply Chain Industry
- Excellent project management skills (PMP certification a plus)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with EDI, OCR, RFID, and automation technologies
