JPC Partners is looking for an Associate Systems Administrator that will focus on supporting and administering enterprise systems, managing endpoints, and ensuring secure, efficient delivery of IT services to end users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational IT skills and Intune knowledge who is eager to grow into a broader systems administration role. Key Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Support Windows Autopilot deployments and manage application packaging/distribution via Intune.
Implement and maintain compliance and conditional access policies within Intune and Azure Active Directory/Entra.
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra.
Monitor system and device performance; assist with patching, updates, and endpoint security enforcement.
Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues.
Assist in the administration of core IT infrastructure (servers, networking equipment, cloud platforms).
Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, Intune policies, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with engineers and management on IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Contribute to IT security initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of IT support or junior system administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (device enrollment, policy management, application deployment) required
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Entra and Microsoft 365 administration including associated email security tools like Barracuda and Mimecast.
Understanding of endpoint security practices (BitLocker, Defender ATP, conditional access).
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration; macOS and mobile OS experience a plus.
