JPC Partners is looking for a hands-on Enterprise Systems Engineer that will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and endpoint management systems. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the core systems and user computing environments are secure, reliable, and performant. The engineer will work closely with IT leadership, cross-functional technical teams, and business stakeholders to implement and support a wide array of enterprise applications and endpoint solutions that align with the company objectives. Responsibilities:
Administer, support, and maintain enterprise legal and productivity applications, including document management, conflicts, time entry, and related systems.
Manage the full lifecycle of over 300 specialized and productivity applications including configuration, deployment, updates, patching, monitoring, and user support.
Support enterprise-wide endpoint management efforts using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), SCCM, and Autopilot.
Configure and maintain Windows OS deployments, application packaging, and automated software distribution.
Build and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and administrative templates for centralized device policy management.
Implement and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications and infrastructure platforms (AD, Entra ID, Exchange, SQL, etc.).
Partner with application owners and vendors to evaluate new solutions, test updates, and coordinate upgrades or decommissioning.
Participate in technical planning for application and system upgrades, lifecycle management, and migration to cloud-based solutions.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for system architecture, deployment standards, and operational procedures.
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents related to enterprise systems and endpoints.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience administering enterprise applications and desktop environments in a professional services or similarly complex environment.
Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), Autopilot, and SCCM in large-scale environments.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows and Active Directory architecture and operations.
Experience with Entra ID and integrating cloud-based directory and authentication systems.
Familiarity with Intune configuration profiles and administrative templates for cloud-based device policy management.
Experience supporting enterprise applications common in legal or professional services (e.g., document management, time entry, conflicts, etc.).
Solid understanding of endpoint security best practices, patching, and compliance enforcement.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
