JPC Partners is looking for a Security Data Engineer that will work within the Identity and Access Management operational support area to oversee, maintain and enhance all ETL processes and data integrations related to an enterprise compliance program for critical infrastructure protection. The candidate will leverage data integration tools to provide data from critical infrastructure to Identity and Access Management tools and processes. The candidate will continuously assist in the operational administration of all applications within the Identity and Access Management department. Responsibilities
Perform daily monitoring of ETL workflows and other data integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ETL workflows and other data integrations
Design and build/enhance SSIS packages and other data integration workflows
Assist in Identity and Access Management Operational Support activities which include but not limited to:
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) maintenance
Assisting with the administration of all Identity and Access Management program applications
Fulfilling complex data requests
Improve the processes and experience for stakeholders and the overall program
Complete special/ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
5+ year’s direct experience implementing and maintaining ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
5+ year’s direct experience using relational database technology
Proficient in T-SQL, SQL, PowerShell, Visual Basic, C#
Basic working knowledge of FTP server and client software as well as command line tools for transferring data using various network protocols.
Basic working knowledge of Linux, Windows, MS-SQL, Oracle in an enterprise level environment
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management program controls
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
Ability to interpret and exercise compliance policies, processes, procedures, and standards
Ability to multi-task with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communication with peers and business-users alike
Results oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple business units, at various levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
Preferred
Familiarity with the energy regulatory environment and NERC-CIP standards
Experience using Cherwell, Tableau, IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and Splunk
Experience with processes related to change management, configuration management, and patch management
