JPC Partners is looking for a Product Manager that will develop, implement, and manage product development and product marketing plans and activities that will ensure achievement of revenue and profit objectives. The Product Specialist will lead the product through all stages of the product’s life cycle including definition, development, release and post release activities. You will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will span tactical execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams Responsibilities:
Understand the product offering and how products fit into the ecosystem landscape
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, data scientists, Machine Learning engineers, data governance teams, and technology teams, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Determining and maintaining software product and service requirements through an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs
Working directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into requirements
Evaluating and prioritizing requested product enhancements
Evaluating and presenting business opportunities to management and executives
Developing and implementing product related marketing plans; overseeing the overall product strategy including the development, pricing and marketing of products and services
Developing and maintaining product related marketing materials including product collateral, release materials, sales tools and materials, and internet data
Conducting research and analysis of competitive information as needed
Provide guidance to and mentor more junior team members
Occasional travel required.
Requirements:
Seven (7) plus years of product management experience in a software technology company
Experience working with financial systems, supply chain applications, the public accounting field or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in management science, business analytics, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent work experience
